"Since 1997 I have bought a 1997 FLSTC, a 1999 Buell X-1, a 2000 FLHT, a 2004 VRSC and most of the parts for a 2005 custom that I built along with many accessories for all the other bikes. I have every receipt on file for every purchase I have spent on each bike and to this day have been scared to add them up but can honestly say I don't regret a one, like I said, I've had many good experiences at Bud's and look forward to doing more business in the future".

"I recently purchased a 08 Nightster, which I couldn’t be happier with. Awesome little bike! I had to wait a bit to take ownership of the bike because I had ordered some after market items that were on back order. While waiting I realized that I wanted the Olive/Black instead of the Silver/Black and the crew (Todd in sales and Laura in Finance) at the shop not only had absolutely no problem with my change of heart but they went out of their way to ensure I was happy with my choice. I took delivery of my bike on the 17th of April and the family at Bud’s made the experience phenomenal. I rode the bike to New Orleans where I was stationed that weekend. On my first day to work I hit a speed bump near my building and snapped the kickstand spring retention peg. Darn it! What a downer, the bike didn’t even have 900 miles on it. Well, I contacted Bud’s and talked with Tom, from parts (the guy is a walking tech-manual!) Well, he in turn contacted Rob in Tech Dept up in Milwaukee and they decided to hook this sailor up and warranty the repair. Wow! I was faxed the info that I would need to take to a local shop here in New Orleans to get the repair done. So, I stopped in New Orleans HD and Kat, the service writer, (another walking tech manual, where do you find these people?!?) was more than happy to help me out. My bike is currently being repaired and I am also having the 1000mi service done at the same time, which was absolutely no problem according to Kat. I have done business with quite a few companies in my 37 years. Everything from car and motorcycle dealerships, dept stores, businesses that I deal with in the Navy, etc. You name it and I have probably done business with it at some point in time and I have NEVER experienced such outstanding, how can we help you, make you happy, patriotic, customer service in my life! I am now a Harley owner for life! Thank you so much for the privilege to be part of the Harley family. I only wish I wouldn’t have waited so darn long!
