The whole experience at Bud's HD was great. I worked with Mike Greene for over a year in picking the right bike for me, going through several different models, discussing this and that. I was never rushed, and he showed zen-like patience. They found the bike for me and had it in the shop within the week after I made up my mind. Since purchasing the bike (and subsequent accessories) they've maintained contact with me and I'm still always welcome in the shop. Any questions I have are always readily answered. My experience at Bud's has been nothing but positive and impressive.

Just purchased a new 2012 FLHTCU from Terry H.on Wed 5/9/12. This is the 2nd new Harley I have bought from Buds since 2008. Never met a group that goes out of the way to make everything so friendly and helpfull as Buds.

Really enjoyed working with Terry to make a deal on my trade and the new bike. Up front, knowledgable and very easy to work with which made for a great exprience. Also thanks to Susy and Terry for staying late to get everything done so I could take the new bike home that night.

I'm not sure who will read this, but I wanted to take a moment and highlight one of your employees. Brian Simpson has been helping me with my motorcycle for about three years. I have an early 1984 FXR, which is very hard to get parts for. Brian has gone above and beyond what others have. He makes what is normally a difficult experience into a productive and most of the time an enjoyable one. I say most of the time because of the price. He is well informed on the products that Harley Davidson offers as well as the other vendors that Bud's uses. If I have a question he is quick to respond, if he knows. If he does not, then he is timely in his response upon further research. As soon as you walk in the door at Bud's you are greeted by genuinely friendly staff always. No matter whom you speak to, the entire staff is more than willing to help you find what ever you are looking for. I deal mostly with the "Parts God" who gets you the correct part (EVERY TIME). If you have to order a part, they will call you as soon as it comes in. The special events that they put on is always of the highest quality full of fun and enjoyment for the entire family. I would NEVER consider doing business with anyone else. Bud's has been providing the best of everything for both of my Harley's for many years now . I came to the dealership a week ago thinking i would like to trade my metric bike for a softtail heritage but thinking i would not be able to make a deal but after test riding the heritage and then a Roadking i was given an offer that i was thrilled with and road home on my new Roadking and i absolutly love it! What a great bunch of people, everyone in the store was wonderful, i am glad to be a member of the Harley family. Like the commercial of the babe riding up on the bike and saying not what you expected, well this whole experience was not what i expected!

"Since 1997 I have bought a 1997 FLSTC, a 1999 Buell X-1, a 2000 FLHT, a 2004 VRSC and most of the parts for a 2005 custom that I built along with many accessories for all the other bikes. "I recently purchased a 08 Nightster, which I couldn’t be happier with. Awesome little bike! I had to wait a bit to take ownership of the bike because I had ordered some after market items that were on back order. While waiting I realized that I wanted the Olive/Black instead of the Silver/Black and the crew (Todd in sales and Laura in Finance) at the shop not only had absolutely no problem with my change of heart but they went out of their way to ensure I was happy with my choice. I took delivery of my bike on the 17th of April and the family at Bud’s made the experience phenomenal. I rode the bike to New Orleans where I was stationed that weekend. On my first day to work I hit a speed bump near my building and snapped the kickstand spring retention peg. Darn it! What a downer, the bike didn’t even have 900 miles on it. Well, I contacted Bud’s and talked with Tom, from parts (the guy is a walking tech-manual!) Well, he in turn contacted Rob in Tech Dept up in Milwaukee and they decided to hook this sailor up and warranty the repair. Wow! I was faxed the info that I would need to take to a local shop here in New Orleans to get the repair done. So, I stopped in New Orleans HD and Kat, the service writer, (another walking tech manual, where do you find these people?!?) was more than happy to help me out. My bike is currently being repaired and I am also having the 1000mi service done at the same time, which was absolutely no problem according to Kat. I have done business with quite a few companies in my 37 years. Everything from car and motorcycle dealerships, dept stores, businesses that I deal with in the Navy, etc. You name it and I have probably done business with it at some point in time and I have NEVER experienced such outstanding, how can we help you, make you happy, patriotic, customer service in my life! I am now a Harley owner for life! Thank you so much for the privilege to be part of the Harley family. I only wish I wouldn’t have waited so darn long! "
